In television shows and Christmas stories, I always notice during Christmas kids make it a point to leave Santa Claus some cookies. I suddenly wondered why, plus of course, since this site of main has “cookie” in it.

Cookies for Christmas!

I think one reason is because cookies have this wonderful taste that when you eat it, partnered with milk – it’s like heaven! Agree? I’ve always loved cookies as a kid, especially those that are made even more special with toppings, flavors and such.

It was believed that cookies were something everyone can have during Christmas, and in old traditions during Christmas Eve (in our country, Noche Buena) they gave people free cookies and also milk.

Thinking about it just reminded me how warm and sweet Christmas can be more than Valentines is. It would be very sad without Christmas cookies, and friends, and family..

But then again, you can always eat cookies with them anytime. And I’m thinking of eating some with my favorite guy later ;)
